We inform you that, as of 25 May 2018, the provisions of the EU Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) have entered into force, so that your data will be much better protected and secured.

Aldestar Top Transport SRL processes your personal data in order to draw up the legal documents necessary for the provision of the services requested/provided, the compilation of specific statistics or correspondence.

The registered personal data is intended for the exclusive use by Aldestar Top Transport SRL, for the specified purpose.

In connection with the processing of personal data and based on the provisions of Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), you can exercise any of the following rights:

• The right of access for the data subject (art. 15)
• The right to request rectification when the data is inaccurate (art.16)
• The right to erasure of data (“the right to be forgotten”) (art. 17)
• The right to restrict processing (art.18)
• The right to data portability (art. 20)
• The right to object (art.21)

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (A.N.S.P.D.C.P.) and the right to an effective remedy.
